  • Additional Fees: Customers are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees (calculated at checkout)

Shipping Transit Times:

  • USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days

We proudly ship Skull Padel and Nordicdots gear worldwide!
• International shipping rates calculated at checkout based on location and order weight
• Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days, depending on customs and local carriers
• Customer is responsible for any import duties or customs fees charged by your country

Pro tip: U.S. customers avoid international fees, customs delays, and tariffs by shopping directly through us — all products ship from the U.S.

↩️ Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your gear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in Accompanied by proof of purchase.

How it works:

  • Prepare Your Package: Repack the item securely with all original components.

  • Ship It Back: Use a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.

Please note:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

💳 Refund Process

We’ll inspect your return and email you with the outcome.

  • If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

🚫 Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Used or opened products (unless defective)

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Gift cards or items marked "final sale"

❗ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Upon Delivery: Refuse the package if damage is visible and notify us immediately.

  • After Delivery: Contact us within 24 hours at info.padelemporium@gmail.com and include:

    • Order number

    • Photos of the item and packaging

    • Brief description of the issue

We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and either a replacement or full refund — your choice (based on availability).

🔁 Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to the same eligibility rules as returns.

To request an exchange:

  • Email info.padelemporium@gmail.com with your order number and item details.

  • Follow the return steps above for the original product.

  • Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll ship your replacement item at no additional shipping cost.
